DAY ONE: INSPIRING CREATIVITY
The world has changed. Daily we must rethink how to be the church in a post-Christian era. Finding the energy to think creatively about ministry can be hard. On this first day, through engaging worship, provocative keynotes, creative experiences, and relationship building, we will tackle this new reality while being encouraged and inspired.
DAY TWO: PRACTICING CREATIVITY
Put on your thinking ears and put your creativity into action. Day two you will hone your gifts and talents alongside some by best professionals in the business. Using the Leadership Nexus Creativity Guide we will visit the Disney Parks to observe industry-leading creativity, hospitality, and innovation first hand. During our time inside the parks, we will meet with Disney Cast Members and process our experience. (Park admission not included in registration fee)
Want to try another experience? Join Leadership Nexus’ alternate creative workshop track and learn how to energize your preaching and ministry leadership through the creative process, improv comedy, creative communications and using the arts to build community. Each section will be led by nationally-known professionals and creative masters in their field.
This sentence reads a little strangely. How about: learn how to energize your preaching and ministry leadership through the creative process, improv comedy, creative communications and using the arts to build community.
DAY THREE: APPLYING CREATIVITY
Inspired to think creatively and embrace the world around us, this last day will start with hearing how local leaders have applied the principles of creativity to revitalize and turn around their organizations. Next, work with experts in the field of congregational development to create personalized application plans for and be prepared to hit the ground running when you return home.

Leadership Nexus has discovered that travel websites provide a much better discount than we could offer by designating a conference hotel. Therefore, we’ve chosen to provide a list of nearby hotels instead of designating a specific one as the conference hotel. We hope this will help in making your travel arrangements.
